Balance Transfer into Navy

Just a heads up for anyone needing to time their BT into NFCU from another cardfor purposes of SCD's and their respective due dates... All of Navy's guidance stated it'd be about 2 weeks to get the BT done. I initiated a BT from Commerce for a little over $4700 last Thursday evening (1/30). Checked this morning (2/1) and the balance is showing in my Navy soup. That's about 36 hours. The balance has not yet disappeared from Commerce but probably will no later than Monday.

I've done 2 BT's so far and they both completed within 3 days. Capital One and Bank of America Alaska Visa.

How long did it take for the balances to disappear from Cap1 & B of A?

Cap One took 2 days more, B of A took one.

my most recently transfer to NFCU NOT impress at all. Last month I took promo from DCU to do BT to navy. I called navy after a long wait to see BT posted, to be told "you have to wait for 14 business days". Then called DCU to see what happended, I am told by DCU "the returned check for invalid account number"

for me I always triple check when it comes doing with numbers. Invalid account number is not possible. I also did call back navy to confirm my cc number.

to compare, discover card let you BT to your checking account.

@navy BT to loans or checking, at the end of the day I still owe you money no one gonna deny from it. why you make it hard for your own member, shame on words "helping members"
