Does anyone know if US Bank allows product changes? If so, that would be great to PC my Cash 365 Amex to a Cash+.

Hi@macinjosh , I would call, I do not know if they will PC an Amex to VISA?

Several years back I was able to PC a CC with them. They have changed some things over the years. So IDK.

Hi@macinjosh , I would call, I do not know if they will PC an Amex to VISA?
Several years back I was able to PC a CC with them. They have changed some things over the years. So IDK.

Yeah, I'll give them a call and try. I just wish I had a bigger credit line on it too.

Yes, they do. I was able to product change both a Cash 365 AmEx and a FlexPerks Select+ AmEx into Cash+ Visa Signature cards.

How long ago was this?

More often than not, most of their CCs can't be PC'd and/or would depend on product eligibility.

Well, based on my experince I would say no to that as well. But it seems from others that PC are in fact available. So CL reallocations may be possible as well. YMMV I guess

2 years ago I was declined a PC/reallocation to a different card, though it may have been because it was a co-branded product. IDK

My answer to both questioon was a flat no by CSR, so I closed it.

The only real way of finding out is to call tehm yourslf and ask, maybe even ask to speak with somone higher if it's a no with frontline CSR.

From what I have read they don't let you move limits around but I have never tried

I changed my old platinum card to a cash+ a few months ago so now I have two cash + visas which is nice for the 5% categories. Good lcuk!!

Citi, though, treats them differently, but they are able to 'shift' CLs by way of CLD on say...Card X, so that Card Y can be the recipient as a CLI. But, it will require a HP most times to have it done (typically escalated to a supv).

And for me, most likely that will mean I'll just end up losing the limit instead of 'shifting' it.

Is there a downgrade path for us Bank altitude reserve? Or can it be product changed? Anyway have experience with that card?
