Can you PC Cap1 Savor One to Walmart Rewards?

I've treid several search variants and can't find anything about this...

Does anyone know if Cap1 will allow a PC from Savor One to Walmart Rewards? If so, what are the limitations (need to have the card for a year, etc.)?

No, it cannot be PC'd. You can contact them to see what other PC options may be available, but Capital One legacy cards cannot be PC'd to PLCCs (or viceversa), unfortunately.

May I ask why you would want to switch from the savor one to the Walmart card?

They're trying not to give me the sub or 0%apr I signed up for and without that, the Marvel card worked out to be a better deal for me.

The Walmart card is the only other Cap1 card that might do me any good.

I was just trying to figure out what my cap1 options were if I decided to get the marvel card.
