      <description>&lt;P&gt;For someone that has a horrible time understanding people on the phone, hearing aids make it a little better, the chat option was the best option they had.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I've never had an issue from US or overseas. Overseas reps are trained better than other lenders. I found better chance with a US rep earlier in day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I had issue, I'd just call EO direct.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
