I do know that Capital One does segment based on your value. When I call the automated system just says "Thank you for calling Capital One, one moment while we transfer you to an account manager." And then it's "Hello mxp114, this is Belinda, I'm your account manager with Capital One located in Tampa Florida, how can I help you with your Savor card?" No special number, it even works on 1-800-955-7070. It is based on your account info.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is EXACTLY what I get, MXP. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Glad to know I'm not crazy!🤪&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used to put a lot more spend on my DC card. I called CS once and I got a rep before the phone even range on my end, other times just a ring or two. Now, they put me in the queue lol. Not a long wait at all, but not immediate like it used to be.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've never had an issue from US or overseas. Overseas reps are trained better than other lenders. I found better chance with a US rep earlier in day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I had issue, I'd just call EO direct.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
