Let me ask you lot this. Do you like to use mobile application for banking and travel sites 100% of the time or the old way on a computer? I like using a computer with a web browser it's better for me as I feel it's not as clunky to use and just easier to see everything. What does everyone reckon?

If a company has actually invested in app development, user experience, etc, I prefer the mobile experience.

Mobile app. It's too kludgy to scan a boarding pass, unlock my hotel room, or hail a rideshare from a laptop.

It's so much easier to tap each one than to log into a bunch of websites (Target app is in there to remind me to go to the Target website when I'm checking my cards).

I still have to use the sites for Target, WS, Marvel, and I have to use PayPal to redeem my cash back but their app will show me my current balance.

They ruin the normal web pages for computer users to make it work on the stu*** mobile phones.

Almost all the Banks and CU's have lowered the computer users experience.

Yes I use a computer and have a flip-phone !

All web pages were better a few years ago.

I kind of hate apps actually. I use them for CCs because they're often simpler/quicker than the websites. But for anything else, I prefer a computer or iPad.

Depends on the function and what I'm doing. If I'm in the go, app is way better. If I have a PC near or need some other function no on the mobile app, then PC is better. If both are simultaneously available, PC is a better option.
