All you need to do, as has been proven over last couple months, is make&amp;nbsp; sure all 3 reports are locked up so as not to take&amp;nbsp; the hp. If Navy wants to hp you, they will&amp;nbsp; let you know. This in no way is suggesting or endorsing locking/freezing reports to force lender&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;to pull a specific report , which is against TOS and isnt recommended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Well you can continue to call and may end up with a HP or you can go by the DPs. Not sure why you are pressed on getting them to tell you this .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As someone who used to work in customer service, it can be really confusing when policies are changing all of the time. There's no real harm in telling people they will get a HP even if they won't where there can be very real harm if they tell someone they won't and then they do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I assume it's to reduce liability. If they say it's going to be SP, and the system HP, they would now be responsible for any financial fallout you experienced until they fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I assume that the script hasn't been updated. Also it could very well be a glitch in the CLI software that they haven't "fixed" so their policy could still be a HP and eventually the SP CLI will go away&amp;nbsp;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;</description>
