NFCU More Rewards not showing online

Card has disappeared from the online portal. There's a balance on it even. Anyone else? It wasn't closed was it?

All 3 of mine are missing. Doubt it's AA.

Probably just some sort of maintenance... Though, this is the first time I've seen them missing for myself.

Same here. Both my CC are not showing (CLOC is though). Glad to know I'm not going insane/having my identity stolen

I just realized my credit card accounts were missing and immediately jumped on the phone on the forums as well. Seems like its everyone across the board I tried to call and its a 40 minute wait to speak to someone. I will relax now and check periodically. It's not just the online accounts because I was notified of an automatic payment that wasn't processed which led to me checking my online accounts to see what was going on.

I'm sure it is. The chances of all of us having AA taken at the same time is incredibly small!

Just to update my online portal is back to normal. It must have also been a glitch on my bill issuer side about the automatic payment because I got back to back emails saying it wasn't processed then it was an error and everything was fine.... *shrugs* Today has a strange feeling to it already lol

all 3 of mine disappeared to this Morning. they are back now tho..today really feels Odd i woke up at 5 a.m. and for some reason the first thing i did was open my eyes and reached for my phone and logged in Navy app and saw 3 accounts missing my heart dropped while half sleep..not a good feeling I paced around the Living room for 3 mins trying to Figure out was this a dream
