      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm curious if when you PC your card if you lose the promo you got when applied for the card. For example....I got my Platinum January 5th and I am thinking about changing it to a Cash Rewards. Would I lose the promo 1.99% for the first year?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes you will loose any promo with a pc i lost my SUB and Reward points 15000 when i switched from more rewards to the flagship but they did give me one yr No apr on my Purchases on my Flagship which Did Carry over from the More Rewards a supervisor Had to Jump thru Hoops to Make that Happen and He did&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've called before to try to PC NFCU Flagship to something else and you are right you give up promotion offers when you do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Citi however seems to carry over the promotions and even add to the months on them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
