      <title>Two Questions maybe someone will know</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Syncronicity Bank Amazon.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;MY wife has/had an Amazon card, for about a year, it was set up on Auto Pay, but she did not notice it was set to full balance. She had about 700 owing on it, I had gone and paid $350 on her card, and then it took another $350 by the time we noticed, I moved money over to her account but it was returned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I called them and had them disable the auto pay.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then next month I paid another $200 on the card, and it took the balance a few days later. I called the bank and had them reverse it as an unauthorized payment. I checked the site and it showed auto pay was off.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A few weeks later we got a letter saying our account was closed for 2 returned payments within one year.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I phoned them said the first one was a mistake as she did not relized auto pay was set to full balance, and the second one should not have happened as we disabled auto pay. And I had paid it well within the time frame. In reallity no payments had been missed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They told me it can take up to 30 days to allow for an auto pay to cancel, thats why it happened. And I said hang on your site says allow 3 days for it to cancel not 30.&amp;nbsp; The card by this time had been paid in full, but she has a card closed by lender on her FICO. And I am trying to argue with them, 1st one was our fault but you still had been paid just not the full balance. And the second one, is your mistake you say 30 days to allow the auto pay to end, but your site says 3 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Only issue is when I call I just get the main line guys who say sorry cant help you? Anyone know who to contact?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Second question&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My wife is American I am Canadian, we moved back to the US last year and I am waiting on my green card, and my US SSN. I still work for my Canadian company while I wait for this to complete then they will transfer my payroll to the US side. My Green card is set to arrive in the next few days it actually is coming faster than my work permit.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Issue when I went to get our Cell Phones, from Verizon the guy took my Canadian ID, and set up the accounts. And work pays for them. I also use a Credit Card called Credit Stacks which uses your Foreign Credit and your Foreign SSN to establish a card for you to use.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I recieved a credit card offer in the mail, and it appears Verizon and Credit stacks have now somehow created a US Equifax listing in my name in the US using my Canadian SSN #, and it is showing as Excellent and I am getting all these credit card offers in the mail.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I called Credit Stacks they say they do report to all 3 bureaus, but since I have no US SSN yet they do not send an SSN with it just name and Birthdate, and once I have the US SSN they will attach it. They figure that when the Rep at Verizon set up the account somehow that created the entry, and now my Birthdate and Name are tagged with it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;WHen my US SSN shows up in the next few weeks how am I going to fix this. Calling Verizon has been a round and around in a circle with them saying we don't know how it got created. There is no Transunion record, we looked there is no Experian Record just Equifax.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can I get equifax to delete the record? or update it with the proper information?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've had them fix some things very quickly and others took several attempts.       <description>&lt;P&gt;"synchronicity" that made me giggle 🙂&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on the other note, i worked for synchrony and accounts automatically close if there are two returned payments in a 12 month time period. typically if it's two returned payments due to insuffient funds they will never reopen the account, and they are very strict about it. since this is an autopay issue and it's documented they should reopen it, but there's really no guarantee it really depends on who you speak to. i would suggest escalating to a manager which is actually speaking to an "accounts manager" which is not an actual manager and then you can escalate again and speak to another "accounts manager" then finally after that you will be transferred to an actual manager.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;good luck!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
