Just an FYI, BECU now has the option to submit your balance transfer right in your online banking - WITHOUT having to message an agent or call on the phone. I am pretty sure this is brand new - someone correct me if I am wrong

Only a few months back when I made my BT, I had to call in. It's nice that they do it online now!

This is great news! When I got mine, I found it curious that they had no mechanism to do it online and they even had some blog posts that were years old where they stated they were working on it and it would happen "soon."

It does specifically state "for the credit card balance you're transferring," so it appears this is only valid for credit card accounts.

Yes I was just poking around site and realized that . I wish you could transfer to bank I prefer that , oh well at least it's a step in the right direction making it easier to BT
