Amex billing statement issues

Not even 20 minutes ago I received an email from Amex telling me my BCE billing statement is ready........from June 2018!......

Got my attention and realized I haven't used that card for a few months. May have to run something thru it today.

That email may require a phone call though....🤔

@Anonymous, I got that e-mail too. I logged into chat and a lot of them are apparently going out. They can be disregarded. I told the rep I thought it was kind of funny.

Split the this into a new thread as was piggy backed onto amex closing inactive accounts and had nothing to do with subjects. So here you go your own thread.

I just received my BCE statement from May 2018. It's been a BCP for a long time now. Chalked it up to system glitch. The card gets a lot of use. Far from inactive.

I got one this morning for the BCE for May 2018" lol. I deleted it and just figured it was an error/glitch. Not to mention that I closed my BCE awhile back.

If American Express is sending out reminders that the June 2018 statements are ready it's June 2018. American Express does not make mistakes of any kind ever.
