PenFed Offers System Update

I recently received am offer for $5k on 3 different PenFed CCs. I decided to take a CLI on the PCR I already have, placing me at $30k. This transaction was completed on the 3rd, today is the 10th, and I still have not gotten the extra $5k added to my CC limit. How long does it take for PenFed to adjust your balance once their offer is booked and completed?

@Anonymous You may have to call it in and ask to speak to a supervisor. Front line CSR may state policy for cards are capped at $25K. You may or may not be grandfathered in, so to speak.

PenFed does not do anything fast .. (well maybe the HP part)

Took a while for my CLI to update, I cannot remember how long?

You might call in just to be sure?

Competely agree with the others. PenFed does not do anything fast. Call in and the CSR will usually light a fire under the loan officers you know what to get it done. Otherwise could be a week or even 2.

@Anonymous I'm curious, I know these offers come in quarterly if you qualify, but are they usually emailed to you or do they show up on the online portal?

After logging in, from the main page look along the far right for a Your Offers link underneath the Transfer Funds section, then somewhere below that and above the TurboTax ad see if you have a "View All Offers" hyperlink.
