So every few months, I have been clicking on the Barclay's CLI button after a few months of obtaining the Lufthansa Miles & More CC, which was over a year ago. Denied a CLI every time and never had a hard pull (it was always a SP). Today, I tried again and for the first time, it was a HP. My credit score improved recently so i'm hopeful that this means I will receive the CLI. At time of CC approval, my TU Fico 8 score was around 655. My score dropped earlier this year to low 600s and Barclay lowered my limit (originally $2100 to $1000). When I checked about a week ago, my score had increased to 687 (i paid off all my balances). Do you think this is a good sign? I requested a limit of $3500 but I did get the 7-10 day message.

I have had a Barclays JetBlue Card and their pulls have always been hard. Never got an increase so I no longer risk it. My credit score is 683 EX Fixo 8

I don't think the HP signifies anything. But good luck on the CLI!
