Lowe's Payment Not Updating?

I've had a minimum payment due of $28 due for a couple of weeks and I've made multiple payments on it. 1 on the phone and a couple through the make a payment part on the website. It's still not updated? It still says $28 due 0 days until due date. I've made payments weeks ago on it also?

Have any of those payments cleared your bank account?

Synchrony has been known not to update balance or minimum due for 3 day's after payment clears your account. As always YMMV.

Hopefully you have a record of payment confirmation (from Synchrony) and can get proof payment cleared from your bank (usually a transaction trace number is required).

Yes 2 of them have cleared and the 1st one was a pay by phone with debit card so it was instant. Is there a grace period just incase they screw it up?

Also the balance HAS updated each time but not the minimum payment due.

So your balance has decreased and your available credit has increased after each payment? If yes, then maybe it is just a glitch on the website?

If you call the number on the back of the card, does it say a minimum payment is still due?
