I echo above. I'd say chances aren't good, unless you have a personal banker who might make it happen.

The best I can do is on my Propel, I got an auto CLI of 2K in around June 2019 after opening the card in August 2018 with a SL of 10K. Then around December 2019, I requested a 6K CLI and it was approved (to 18K).

Not quite 4 months but in the ballpark.

Yes...I did last month.

I don't have the Propel though...I have the Platinum and the Cash Wise. The CW was my lowest limit with them so I asked on that card first and SP approval for $4200...then I asked on the Platinum...which already had a high limit...and likely because this was all in the same phone call, they gave me another $500. I've read about people with different Wells Fargo cards getting increases on them both in under 6 months. Other than that to get an increase on the same card I've heard it's one increase per 6 months.

Thanks @cashorcharge.

I did get a CLI in August and did a BT using their Superchecks thereafter.

They keep sending me these 0% Superchecks every month and I would like to put a little more on the Propel if I can get a bump on my limit. I don't have any other cards from WF. Just a little apprehensive trying for a 2nd CLI on the same card in under 4 months even though the requests are SPs.

....and even that is tough (and usually small too.)
