Chase offering CSR retention offers

Just a heads up read on DOC chase is offering retention offers either 150 or 250 depending.. Or nothing.

I figured I would call and speak with them got the Executive line for whatever reason although used # on back of card. Didn't bs at all just said I heard you all were giving offers to some people due to the pandemic and not able to use full benefits of card do i have any offers.. He said sure let me check.. Came back with a 150 retention credit that will appear on statement. Whole call took 4 mins tops. I was honest and said i was being frugal wouldnt be doing my due dilegence if I didnt call to see about it and he said i don't blame you and thanked me for having many accounts with them and being member since xxxx year, etc.. Best of luck if you all try. 4 mins is worth 150 for me

So $450 AF - 150 Crdit - 300 Travel Credit = Free CSR

Congrats on the sweet retention offer, @CreditCuriosity. Was this immediately after your AF posted or was it midyear? They rolled back my $100 price increase when my AF renewed so I'm guessing I'll need to wait to see if it's still offered next year. But I'll make a phone call to save $150! Lol

My AF hit 3-4 months ago if not mistaken? Also had a good friend call and he got $250 back and another friend called and got nothing.. You have nothing to lose other than a few mins of your time and as mentioned i didnt try to BS and say I wanted to cancel just that i wasnt able to use the full benefits, etc..

8 figures at JPM Chase and you likely have a JPMR, anyway...not a CSR.

Not up-to-date on what additional features it currently offers.

No offers available for me at this time. 😭

To be fair, my spending on CSR has been comically low the past 8 months or so. I did pay my last statement balance of $10 in full.

If I'm in a relationship with Chase, I went out for milk and eggs and never returned home.

Yes, I got it. My statement closes tomorrow, so not sure if it's going to make it or not.

It was easy, minus the part where I got shy and was about to hung up, but right then CSR picked up the line and I just started blabbing.

Better than my last call with Chase (fraud) when dane jumped in my lap and I said bad words.
