I tried the Capitalone upgrade link and it brings me to the account page, is the upgrade link not working? Thank you and be safe.

Sometimes it doesn't want to work right. Go to the page for the card you want to change. At the end of the address in the address bar, there's an = sign. Add /productupgrade at the end of that and hit enter. It should pop up and either show you what's available or tell you you have no offers.

Log into your cap one account.

Paste link into address bar while on that same page.

If you have an upgrade available, it will let you know.

I tried that and was offered to go to Quicksilver from a Savor One.

I used this method earlier today and was offered a choice of Quicksilver, Venture, and VentureOne when logged into my Savor account.

Okay. You know the bar that you click in at the top of the screen to put a website in? The part that says https://? There is a long string and at the very end of that is an = sign. If you don't see the = sign, click in the box and on your keyboard hit the arrow pointed to the right and it should take the cursor to the end. Type in /productupgrade here and hit the enter key.

It will look like

https://myaccounts.capitalone.com/Card/randomnumbersandletters=/productupgrade

This should refresh the page and bring up offers if you have them.

@razzy116, if any attempts yield no soup, it means your account is currently not eligible for any upgrades. Keep checking periodically, though.
