      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just did this a few days ago with my Freedom Flex, first time in a few years.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The visit shows up, but no order is recorded, although my credit card has been charged and the order arrived.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Just spent far too long talking to the CSR and supervisor.&amp;nbsp; I'm looking for 82 UR, or a massive $1.23 with the Reserve,&amp;nbsp; so 45 minutes was too long, especially with no success yet!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I find a number of threads complaining around 2015, have people been more successful with this lately?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It varies as sometimes Shop through Chase notifies you about the points instantly and in other cases it can take several days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rakuten I find is more instantenous/reliable. If they do miss a charge you can input the totals you paid into a bot and they'll add the points into your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chase's portal has quite a few steps to it and won't trigger unless everything is performed right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Follow up:&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;After my secure message was sent to another department, today I heard that the have agreed to give me 118 points (apparently later there was a 4x offer rather than the 3x I saw at the time).&amp;nbsp; So 118 rather than the 81 I wanted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I closed all my Chase cards as I don't want to work with such an easily cowed issuer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My Shop With Chase experiences has been decent. Although different merchants seem to have different processing.&amp;nbsp; When I buy online from Walmart, I'll get an email from Chase saying Congratulations "We're reviewing you order...." from such and such.&amp;nbsp; For other merchants, there is no review email or much of anything, the points just post about 5 days later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
