    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I been using the cash+ for a couple weeks and it seems good. However the site and app seem horrible so far. For example, in the app I can't activate some notifications and some like purchase notifications turn themselves off. On the website I can't delete messages and most importantly when I try to redeem rewards I get a endless loading screen. Do anyone else experience this problem? Any tips to correct them?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have any issues with app or website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Website isn't exactly a marvel of modern technology, but it works just fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What you're describing sounds more like a problem with devices you are using.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Their app and website were very recently redesigned.&amp;nbsp; I definitely have no issues using either the website or the app.&amp;nbsp; The sole two things I could nitpick about are that the statement closing dates are not in an obvious location, and that while Cash+ rewards balances appear in the app I don't see any way to actually redeem them on the app (this feature was recently added to Altitude Reserve, so it may be coming to Cash+ unless I am just missing it).&amp;nbsp; I know where to find the former, and I redeem rewards on the website anyway so the latter doesn't even apply to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I turned notifications on for each card when I first got them in 2017 and 2018 and they've continued to work.&amp;nbsp; I usually get push notifications from US Bank when using Apple Pay for AR before the credit card machine even does its thing in a store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is not fancy but it is functional.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Endless loading of a website might be a browse issue, have you tried clearing the cookies or cache?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes that works for me when websites are glitchy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Their APP needs a real phone number to sign on, since I am stuck overseas, google voice is not working with US Bank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can NOT use chrome on the PC for the past couple of weeks, the sign-on page just won't show up, might need some tweaking on Chrome or whatever.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have to Edge browser on PC to sign-on US bank&lt;/P&gt;</description>
