AMEX 0.00% APR, welcome bonus tracker, Send & Split

Today I noticed on PC that I have Welcome bonus tracker on both of my new Amex cards! It doesn't show on app.

Now the question will Amex Send transactions count toward the bonus answered, because the tracker shows that they don't.

BCE has 0.00% APR on first 15 months. So I was wondering does it include money that I send via Amex Send. IT DOES NOT. Confirmed in chat with Amex rep. I just thought to let it know to the newbies to Amex like me

I got the tracker on my my Hilton Honors, but not on the BCP (yet?).

LOL no, money sent via AMEX Send won't count toward any signup bonus and it won't earn any rewards. AMEX isn't interested in knowingly introducing easy ways of making MS profitable.

Yes I knew that, I even asked in Amex chat!

The other my thought was that they also would not count them as 0% APY as normal purchases counts. But I discovered another great Amex feature- Pay it, Plan it. And in it it gives me $0.00 montly fee on plan based on 0% promo APY for purchases. So it's kind of like they do count Amex Send transactions as purchases. Interesting. I am amazed with Amex!

And my trackers disappeared yesterday. May be they work only on weekdays 😆
