    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried and both of my cards are showing PC options available today. I have issues with it working on mobile, however. Try from a desktop/laptop. Go to the account page, click on your card, click on the addres bar; it should end with the = sign. After the = type /productupgrade. See if that yields anything for you. If not, definitely +1 to calling a CSR. Sometimes they are able to offer you upgrades that the website cannot. Good luck with your PC!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What's up Fico fam. I know this question gets asked a lot and I've read and read about the cap 1 upgrade link. I'm a few days out for my 100th day having my platinum card open. I been trying the link and entering manually but I get these two messages:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"oops we've hit a snap" "upgrade not available" of course I'm thinking upgrade not available because upgrade not available and/or because I got denied a CLI last week. Also it's saying some other stuff I will upload pic. But I read some people receiving same message. Has anyone tried the link recently?
