One is a personal loan at 6.99% (36 month term and up to $35k). The second is a balance transfer offer for up to $15k at either 0% interest for 12 months plus a 4% transfer fee, or 6.99% for 15 months and no transfer fee. I &nbsp;now have $15k of CC debt , most at 10.99% (Discover, my credit union credit card, and a BofA card), a couple at 15.99% and one (for roughly $3.5k) at 17.99% (ouch!) . &nbsp; For reference, my FiCO8s are currently all in the 824-836 range - they increased dramatically from the low 800s when I paid down some debt very recently. One thing that's a bit crazy is that last night I applied for a Discover CLI after not having sought an increase in nearly three years, and all they offered me was a $2k increase (to $20,500).
