    <description>&lt;P&gt;So far I haven't had any issue with rewards posting, though they're not always immediate. I've had an email pop up maybe a week later saying I used an offer and the credit was there at that point. No problems with Shop Through Chase either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had success getting help with Chase Offer or Shop through Chase rewards not triggering?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried secure message and they just tell me that I didn't activate the offer before the purchase. But I certainly did, because I've done these offers and know how they work. The "mistake" I made was probably not waiting long enough (24h?) for offer activation to register in their system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other reward that didn't trigger was a Shop through Chase, where you link out to a retailer. I did everything on my end to ensure it would activate. Turned off ad blockers, made sure tracking cookies were enabled, completed purchase in one session. Still didn't trigger.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only other time I've had problems with rewards was one transaction on my Discover last year, and they painlessly fixed it for me. This experience is really souring me to Chase.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'll echo that it might just take longer than usual&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have this same problem with friend/biz referrals posting. Some referral&amp;nbsp; bonuses get applied in less than a week after approval, others might take a statement cycle before I see the points in my account and this is accounting for instant approvals&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I definitely put it in the right card, though that's a good thought.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I messed up the timeline a bit: Shop through Chase was 7 weeks ago - rep said I hadn't completed transaction in same session (I did) but maybe that's boilerplate response. So a shred of hope left on that one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chase Offer final transaction was 3 weeks ago. I guess I won't worry too much just yet.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Well I was finally able to get someone to verify that I did meet the Chase offer conditions and should be receiving the statement credit. This was after two different reps responded with messages that I did not qualify. Frustrating but I remained kind yet persistent.&amp;nbsp;I am still seeking resolution on the Shop through Chase. Both of these offers were for the same retailer, with unusually high reward value, so I wonder if that's a factor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I call in, I only ever get someone who says they are forwarding my concern and I will hear back by mail in 10 business days. I never hear back by any channel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm probably done with Chase rewards offers after these.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Shop through Chase is real sensitive. I tend to decide exactly what I want and then go through the portal with no outside clicks in between.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rakuten I find has more and better offers with regard to shopping portal points. I have an AMEX card connected and tend to use just that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had all adblocking turned off, VPN disabled, tracking cookies enabled and completed everything in one session.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The good news is after half dozen secure messages and three phone calls, someone finally was able to confirm that I'd met the Shop through Chase requirements and credited my points. This all took approximately 9 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
