Can you PC from BCE to AMEX Lowe's?

BCE is a personal card, Amex Lowe's is a business card. I don't think PC works across that divide. I have not tried it, though.

As @FinStar commented above it can't be done. AMEX will only consider allowing a PC within the same family as the existing card, for example a Delta card to another Delta card, a Hilton card to another Hilton card, but not a Delta card to a Hilton card. They don't allow product changes between personal and business cards either even if they are the same card type (e.g. personal Platinum to Business Platinum).

The only allowable product change for a BCE is I believe an upgrade to a BCP.

I think you can PC to a Cash Magnet as well but I haven't actually done it myself.

I believe the system has to code it as eligible for the Cash Magnet PC (or via an upgrade/promotion pop up). Otherwise, BCP seems like the other only option.
