Hello,

Shocking news in the mail I got letter from DPA that Microsoft Store & Online now will no longer accept using DPA to make purchases, instead they decided to parnter up with Klarna.

That's unfortunate, but you can still purchase PCs directly from Dell with DPA. Unless you are only looking at Microsoft products.

I think the writing was on the wall given the closing of MS stores as of last year and the DPA couldn't be used in the stores after July. But, it still works for Dell products as mentione upthread.

I get that but problem I dont like Dell PCs, that's why I got DPA because of MS Laptops which I liked. Now I guess my $6500 CL is worthless. I'm not sure what to do with it.

Well, if you feel the card is "worthless" and you can't find any alternative uses for it, then maybe consider closing it or letting it close on its own?

I can tell you from experience even today that Dell will let accounts sit unused for years with no activity and keep it open the entire time. Could leave the door open for any possible Dell purchases in the future for you

Or you can simply close the account and be done with it if you don't see yourself using it again

Yeah, I was pretty bummed about it. Especially since the Duo 2 launches in the next month.
