    <description>&lt;P&gt;I jumped through hoops to place my monthly Chewy.com order via Cap1, four months in a row, strictly because they were offering 7.5% cash back. You had to place the order via a link on their site, which I did each time. I waited and waited to see the cash back post--it finally did and guess what? Instead of 7.5% they gave me ONE POINT FIVE (1.5%). &lt;img id="smileymad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileymad" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.gif" alt="Smiley Mad" title="Smiley Mad" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I say I jumped through hoops I really mean it. I described in another thread that in order to use their link I had to use a completely different browser, as their link wouldn't accept my default. My default browser has all my info stored in it, like usernames and passwords; the alternate browser does not, so just to log in (on both Chewy and Cap1) I had to look up my credentials and enter them manually. Then, even though my order is on auto-ship, I had to edit it each month and change its shipping date to now, so it would register as a sale and be credited while still there via Cap1's link.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And it didn't work! All that for nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm going to contact Cap1, but I don't know what to expect. I took screenshots of each order, i.e., starting with the link on their site and following through to their 'success' page after placing the order. This is the FIRST time I've ever had rewards not credited at the correct rate, at any bank, so I don't quite know what to expect. Anyone have experience with a rewards issue, especially at Cap1?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the way, after placing each of those orders I received e-mail from Cap1 with a subject like "Hi, we saw you just spent $114.59 at Chewy"--the e-mail said to "save even more money" by using "Capital One Shopping." So they definitely acknowledged the purchases, but not as I would've expected. Cap1 Shopping is a completely unrelated program, which automatically finds the best deals/prices for you (and I don't use it).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have a Cap1 card, but my Navy card has a x3 point deal on Chewy right now. I went to use it the other day and stopped at the last minute because I saw in the fine print the bonus did not apply to Autoship orders. I did the math on it and was getting a better deal from my Autoship discount than it would have been to get x3 points on a regular cart. Could be a similar caveat hidden in the terms with Cap1?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Robert aka Bob Barker, &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;(Mod edit - you can post pet pics in the Smorgasboard subforum)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; is going to be very upset if I stop buying him his pigs ears because of that 7.5% link. I have made 5 purchases each around $60 in the last 6 weeks via the Capital One link. So far I have not received any of the promised cash back but then again it is too soon. I hope I dont have to go fight with them to get it. My Robert and Fluffy had puppies and they like the Chewy Cesars wet puppy food. About jumping through hoops just to fulfill the requirements? I'm not surprised you're still not seeing any of the rewards--it took me four months! It just sits there accumulating on each card until I initiate doing something with it, whether it's applying it as a statement credit (my normal choice) or various other choices, like getting a check in the mail. But it's up to me to initiate it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I need to place an order at Chewy tonight. I hate to keep using the Capital One card as I now have 6 outstanding purchases at Chewy. I order once or twice a week. I just decided it wasn't worth the bother, then like a day or two later that's when I finally saw the Chewy rewards in my Cap1 accounts, and nearly shouted obscenities (even though I was by myself) when they were all 1.5% instead of the promised 7.5%. I belive that thousands of people fell for it as Chewy is a very popular site. I live about 5 miles from the main distribution site yet they ship me my items from a warehouse thousands of miles away. I called and asked why I am&amp;nbsp; not being shipped from the main warehouse in Ocala, FL instead of one in AZ. They verified that the items are all in Ocala as well.
