Received a Random Letter from Chase

It's a odd letter; it tells me that they are introducing My Chase Plan and My Chase Loan. I suppose this isn't new at all but they had to send their customers this letter due to some changes?

I get these constantly. They're just making sure you know about these features that they've added to your Chase card(s).

Oh, it's not some service that came with the card? My Chase account is only little over 2 years old.

It's nothing new. Perhaps for your account (if you've never used those features), but those 2 optional services have been available for some time.
