Barclay PC from AA to LH possible?

My daughter now has to visit Germany every couple of months for work for the foreseeable future. She has had the Barclays Red AAdvantage Aviator card for many years. Would she be able to PC that to the Lufthansa Miles and More card? The latter is a World Elite card, but does not seem to be invitation-only as is the Barclays World Elite (Silver).

They will not PC.

They can reallocate limits if she has multiple Barclays CCs, otherwise no PC. The Lufthansa Miles&More is available in both World Elite and non-WE.

Yes, the Barclays Silver Aviator is by invitation-only once the card has been opened >12 months.
