ExxonMobil Smart Card Changes

For those who have this card they are making some changes to it. Your crurrent ExxonMobil Smart Card is getting replaced with the ExxonMobil Smart Card+ instead of 6¢ per gallon it will be 12¢ per gallon on preimum fuel purchases and 10¢ per gallon on any other grade. It also has 5% back on drink, snacks, and more on the first $1200 in non-fuel purchases per year as a statement credit. You will see this information reflected in your statement it states we'll get a new card in a few months to replace this one

interesting.. I was just thinking about closing this card. I've had it since 2008 with a $300 CL.... this isn't worth a HP for CLI though...this new reward structure is an upgrade though

This ain't a bad offer @M_Smart007 ! I like the premium on the fuel, but the shell is 10% on $1,200 - I've actually been thinking about chopping my shell card as I go on my thinning rampage lol but if I was going to replace it, this would be a solid contender

@credit_is_crack Good thing about your shell card though is it's a $10,000 MC compared to a $700 Exxon only though given your whole card lineup. I suppose ditching the shell card wouldn't be horrible. I feel like this new Exxon Card will get nerfed. I think it's actually a valuable thing right their and I just don't know how much I trust Citi not to nerf it.

It's been in my sockdrawer forever i've been waiting for them to close it i'll take it out and keep it active maybe i'll use it! The HP for the CLI annoys me but it's not even worth getting a cli for me for a gas card.
