AMEX AND CHASE!!!

I have been on the blacklist twice and this time for six months so far for a return payment which was successful on second attempt of their allotted three draws before full blown return payment... I still am treated as if it wasn't paid.

I had 6000 in my chase account and I just got an insufficient funds alert today for 3125 dollars!!!! Another return payment essentially and I'm about to flip my lid. WHAT THE (Mod cut - please be mindful of the language and the myFICO Forums TOS Koresh)

And the Amex script reading starts to really peave me now. I don't know who to call to get results. I have been allowed to go -14k on my chase before and cover within that business day, so how is it I am not sufficiently funeed this time!!! I'm so frustrated.

I understand that you're upset....but that's about it! What exactly is the problem? Problems? How are Amex and Chase related in this scenario?

Is this like a compilation of previous grievances?

First there was a year blacklist for returned payment, then there were other complaints,then asking if Platinum Business offer was a good one followed by grievances about that one ..

Now we have (different? same?) six month BL for returned payment but I've never heard of BL for multiple returned payments. Closed accounts, sure...but some BL that has expiration date 😐

and what's confusing everyone?!?! I HAD 5000 DOLLARS IN MY ACCOUNT AND I WAS STILL GIVEN AN INSUFFICIENT FUNDS NOTICE!!!! Chase showed no activity. I check daily.

It is lovely you all find superciliousness appropriate and act as if my frustrations are somehow enlightening in this instance, but this is just unacceptable. May be a sunk cost, but I will find an unconventional way to reach the tier of csr they won't allow me access to. They will keep their word this time. Update soon.
