Wells Fargo Auto Pay and New App

Wells Fargo has updated their app and when I was checking it out today I noticed that my auto pay was no longer active. I'm sure it was set up before and I never turned it off. I'm not sure if this is related to their new app or not but I thought I'd let others know so they can check their accounts and make sure all is well with their accounts.

Thank you for sharing! I noticed this too! I did think it was odd that the new app automatically cancelled my pre-existing auto draft settings.

That would be terrible. Reading your post I decided that I should call Wells and report that there's a potential issue. Hopefully if it is a systemwide problem they will correct it. The CSR said she'd make sure it was looked into.

For whatever it's worth, I've just checked my account using the new iPhone app, and I see that my autopay settings on my Active Cash account are still the same.

I always manually pay before the due date, so I've never actually made an automatic payment to that account. (I've only set up autopay in case there's a worst case scenario in which I forget or I'm not able to make a manual payment - and it's for only the minimum payment, which I definitely would only do in a worst case scenario.)
