PC for Cap1/Walmart?

Now that Walmart is Cap1 and no longer Synchrony has anyone had experience with a PC for this card? I'm hoping to get away from the store card without losing my CL.

There have been recent posts from members who received targeted upgrades from the store version to MC. It is not something that can be requested, though. In the past Capital One was a firm 'no' on potential upgrades, but it appears they have eased that PC/upgrade restriction.
