Hello Everyone,

Received this offer yesterday from Navy Fed. Searched the boards today to see if anyone else has posted about this yet, not wanting to make a duplicate post. I opened my Flaghship Dec 19, 2020 and I believe the only welcome offer at that time was 1 year free Amazon Prime. Not quite sure why I received another 1 year Prime offer but I will always gladly accept it! (Considering I haven't swiped my card in just over 3 months - focusing on hitting many other SUBs) Anyone else receive this?

I was just about to post this. I received the email on mine also. Good through December 31st, and of course my Amazon Prime renews 10 days later.

Congrats on your offer! Same here, mine renews mid Jan. From my understanding you can't renew early but you can buy yourself a "Gift Subscription" so to speak and just active it once your current membership expires. That's what my game plan will be.

I received the offer too. My Flagship card gave me a year of free prime at the beginning of the pandemic. When they offered it the next year I was told I did not qualify as I had already received the bonus previously. On this email from a few days ago in the fine print it states one offer per card. Do you think this means only one prime subscription per card for this specific offer? Or do you think those who have received offer in the past will not qualify?

I understand this is a new bonus not tied to the previous ones with an expiration date of this year, but I thought the same thing a few years ago when I tried to get a second year of prime and was denied.

Wonderful questions certainly! (Some of my initial questions also) Thanks for your DP. This is my 1st encounter w/2nd Prime offer. Your view makes total sense to me b/c we know NF has internal scoring which should include members that have received this offer previously. Since I didn't receive this offer back to back as you did, I'm planning on calling in hopes to gain some clarity w/this offer. May take a few attempts as all Reps aren't knowledgeable on all subject matters, but will revert once I'm able to.

It appears to be targeted. If you got the email, you are eligible. The "Offer valid for your Visa Signature®Flagship Rewards credit card and is not transferable. Limit of one promotional offer per card." part just means you cannot purchase multiple subscriptions for this offer. We existing cardholders got this a couple of years ago right before they offered it as part of the SUB.

I got the offer. Last year (the first time), I canceled my Prime membership, got a prorated credit from them, opened up the account again using the Navy card, got my credit on the Navy card, the put my regular card back on Prime. Worked fine.

This year the offer email conveniently arrived 3 days before my Prime membership was due to renew, so it was convenient. All in all, a nice $120 perk.

Greatly appreciate the responses! Just following up I have spoken to 2 Navy Reps & both confirmed the offer is in fact redeemable even to those that had it before.

This has been a perk of the Flagship card for some time now. When I used to have it set as my primary payment source for Amazon, I got that credit several years in a row.

I haven't received the email, but I sent a secure message and the rep replied all cardholders are eligible for the benefit. My prime renewed two weeks ago, so I have to see if they'll let me cancel and switch cards. I will report back if it works.

I literally logged in to research this! I got the offer last year and my Prime account renews in August so I got the credit. It is a great perk! I haven't received this email so far and I'm not sure if it's because I got the credit last year? Considering everyone else is seeing this email, maybe I can prompt a chat with customer service to see if I have this offer again this year? Thoughts from my FICO forum friends?
