Best way to pay rent with a Credit Card?

So my rent is $2k a month and I wanna use my CC's to get the spend on them. The app my apartment uses allows you to pay with a credit card for a 3% fee. My X1 card allows a 4% cash back so the net would be a 1% cash back. I wanna use a few different cards that are more like 1-3% cash back and I was wondering if there were any services out there that will accept CC's for rent without a 3% fee. Maybe a bill pay service that accepts CCs?

I dont have an answer as far as paying less than the fee but i pay via cc because my landlord accepts rent through zego who accepts cc's. i lose 10 bucks per month but really pump up the spend on my navy cash rewards, my first cli after 3 months was 6k, 3700 - 9700.

When i got the card i got the sub easily because of the spend, 250 bucks. Its such an easy way to add big spend on the card since i have to pay it anyway. because i collected the sub i am covered for the monthly loss for 2 years
