Assuming that card is for Teachers and Educators etc. as it the National Education Association.

It's a BoA Customized Cash Rewards affinity card , you need to be a NEA member to apply. First time I've seen them offering a Target gift card, usually I believe it's an Amazon $200 gift card.

Or, one could just apply for the CCR and get the $200 SUB as cashback.

However....the SUB for CCR requires twice the spend.

Aha! Good eyes, I wasn't aware (or at least did not remember) that the current CCR SUB offering was based on $1K spend. Thx for the correction.

I was able to get to the submit app button without being a member, got to the card by searching National Educators Assoc credit card. Offer was different, 200 Amzn gift card.
