Shell Storecard to Shell Mastercard Product Change?

I have the Shell store card (have for almost two years now) and I'm wondering if Citi ever does product changes to the Mastercard version? Wondering if I'll randomly get upgraded, if I need to call and ask (would it be a hard pull), or if it's just not something they do for the Shell cards?

Any help would be appreciated!

Unfortunately, they do not. At one point (years ago) they used to do so (it was automatic). But, typically, any Citi Retail CC upgrades are targetted and not something that can be requested.
