My Evergreen will be coming up on the 6th statement cut shortly. My credit is frozen at the moment. If you're eligible for an increase does your credit need to be thawed? Thanks!

No, they can still review your credit and give you an auto CLI. They usually do them around the 6 month mark. It reported to my credit reports quickly and then I received a letter in the mail about it shortly afterwards. GL.

FWIW, I received a 10% auto CLI when my 6th statement cut and didn't need to call in ask for one.
