    <description>&lt;P&gt;When you call , ask the rep to get you over to their technical support department (eservices) .&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Customer service agents can only help with online accounts up to a point (basically just walking you through steps) but if still having issues then they should be transferring you over to tech support.&amp;nbsp; When you get the error message that your information doesnt match... is there an error code anywhere in that message?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone have terrible experience with citi like this? Ive talked to tons of representatives and none of them were able to fix my issue...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have never been able to create an online account to manage my card. Any payments I have are made over the phone. When trying to set it up I put in all the correct information and it says it doesnt match. ( card no, social sec or zip, security code..) Its really annoying trying to keep track of rewards balance etc. Citi rep says all information I give them matches as well. Ive had this card 5 months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OP,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ask the phone rep to create the online account for your while you're on the call with them.&amp;nbsp; If the first rep won't do it, hang up and try again until the next one does.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
