topic Heads up if you use autopay with fnbo in Credit Cards

I have the mlife card with Fnbo and had setup autopay so I didn't have to keep track of making payments. Anyways, it had been working for a few times without an issue, but recently it didn't go thru and I missed my payment. Had called the CSR and asked about writing up a trouble ticket, but she claimed I had never had it setup. So if you use autopay with Fnbo better check it

FNBO allows you to add any/multiple external pay sources, but for me, if I add a 2nd one, the first one gets removed from the system. So if I add bank B to pay, Bank A that was there previously is no longer there. If I add Bank C, now Bank B is no longer there. Very odd. So I just keep one bank listed now for payment.

So I just keep one bank listed now for payment.

That one sort of got me as well on my Evergreen. Paid from Bank A one month, Bank B the next month. Next time I went to pay, I forgot I had used Bank B and just hit the pay buttons without looking at it closely. It tried to pull from Bank B again, where there was not enough money to cover it. And they did it twice, since when it doesn't go the first time, they automatically try again. That was two (2) overdraft charges from Bank B. I looked it over and Bank A was not even shown as an option. I called FNBO and explained the situation and said it was a mistake and I didn't want to get on their $#!+ list, and immediately paid from Bank A and got it confirmed on the phone. I did get a 5k CLI after 6 months, so apparently I'm not on the naughty list.
