as you can see from my signature i have multiple 2% cards - but im wondering if its still worth it to get a 3rd nfcu card the cash rewards to complete my trio .. the only thing that really is pushing me to go thru with it when the time is right is the ability to get another huge SL .

do you think its a stupid idea to get a 1.75% cash back card when i have other cards with better cash back?

Personally I'd think about instead working to grow both of your existing cards to higher limits especially with one of them being a Flagship.

I would pass, you'll end up never using it and it will eat into your available credit for your other cards as NFCU has a total 80k cap across all cards. I'd rather grow the ones that matter, I know I wouldn't pull out a 1.75% card if I had mutiple 2% cards. Which is why I refuse to app for a NFCU cash rewards card. If they ever make it 2% I'd at least consider it.

One of my QS cards is unused and the other still has the 0% interest promo so is being used for a small medical bill.
