Best Balance Transfer Cards - No Balance Transfer Fee & Promotional APR!

Happy Friday All! I have a family member I'm helping to find the best balance transfer option. I know there are some special products that have no balance transfer fees and a promotional 0% rate. Are there any specific ones you would suggest or have had experience with?

Right now, the only one I'm aware of is the Wings Financial Credit Union. I'm still doing research on it and though and wondering how long after becoming a member would they allow you to apply for the transfer. Thank you!

How about Union Bank? $0 BT fee. 0% APR for 15 months.

NFCU balance transfer offers are almost always a 0% fee, at least once a year they usually have a promotion at ~2% or lower interest rate for 12 months.

Non-rewards platinum cards with BECU, NFCU, Unify FCU.

If they're able to join successfully, First Tech FCU has no balance transfer fees and intro 0% rate on their Platinum/Platinum rewards cards, and sometimes (I think right now for example), on their Choice Rewards and Odyssey Rewards cards.

OP/title says no BT fee. Wells is 3% intro fee and 5% fee after 120 days on BTs.

Try NASA FCU. Then check pretty much any geo-locked CU for your geo. Also, seems most FIs that offer max cash-type cards (Elan issued) have a Plat version that will be 0% BT fee and at least 12 months 0% APR.

@Vuby22 Thank you! This family member is in MD, so I'll start looking for those and the FIs connected to Elan.
