Received an upgrade offer for the Amex Blue Cash Preferred card. What additional information does Amex request, if any, when you submit the upgrade request? Thanks very much!

Agree, you'll just need to accept the T&Cs for the new card and that's it

Helpful tip in case the customer service agent didn't mention it. Once you see the upgrade reflect on your account you can use the card currently in your possession with the new earning rates for groceries and so on. No need to wait for the new cars to arrive

Congrats @Cazzieboy on the upgrade offer! My Cash Magnet is 6 months old - once it hits a year, I'm hoping they'll extend me an upgrade offer to the BCP.

If you don't mind my asking, what were the terms to the upgrade? Was it the $150 statement credit offer after $1,000 spend with the AF waived the first year?

Thanks @Cashbackjunky - This round is a $75 credit after $1,000 spend and AF waived first year.

Heck yeah @Cazzieboy! Gotta love free money. Plus receiving the full 6% back on groceries (no AF to deduct from rewards) is a nice bonus.
