      <title>Product change AmEx via mobile app (instead of website)?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you product change your AmEx via the mobile app, or do you have to contact customer service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know you can on the website, but I can't access the website, even with the correct password (works every time on the mobile app, not on the web site).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I'm wondering if I can do it with some clicks, etc. on the mobile app, which works great for me... but I can't find a way to product change on it.&amp;nbsp; If you can, let me know what area to go in.&amp;nbsp; If you can't, I guess I'll call (and ask why I can't access the website).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Otherwise, if it's not a security/password issue, try launching the AmEx site on a different browser.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
