They don't explain exactly what is considered a "Discount Store"

Are they offering Cash Over? I love not having to go to an ATM. I now don't get charge the $1 fee per month from my bank.

Cash Over is a uniquely Discover service. I know of no other issuer that provides this service.

So that makes Discover Elite. I like them better than AMEX.
