None, besides the AU account being reported to the CBs. The benefits of the card would go to the primary account holder.

A lot of stuff in there refers to "The Cardholder" which they define as:

"Cardholder – an individual to whom a Credit Card Account has been
issued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and/or its affiliates"

So is an AU a cardholder? Needs to define credit card account, which it doesn't seem to!

Biggest one I can think of likely would work for AU is Primary CDW I assume would carry over to AU of card? Would like to know if that is carried over
