      <description>Well I had read some threads about how folks applied for a card, then a few months later pulled a soft and was pre-qualified again only to be declined after they pull the hard.&amp;nbsp; Well after talking with HSBC today their protocal is 18 months between aplications regardles of credit worthiness.&amp;nbsp; Just thought you all wanted to know.</description>
