Issues with Tower Federal CU

So as i mentioned i was approved for the Tower Federal Mastercard, which i was planning to use as a balance transfer card but come to find out now i have to get ANOTHER balance transfer card. Why ? because when i initially applied for it February 3rd, they had a balance transfer offer for 0%. It wasnt approved when the offer was running because they closed the application, then they re opened it last week to approve it now i see the terms and it doesnt have the balance transfer 0% APR. Also it went from 0% APR on purchases for 12 months to 1.99% APR.

Is this a business credit card? If not, your post is in the wrong section, and should be under "Credit Cards" rather than "Business Credit"

Yes i just realized it was suppose to be under "Credit Cards", it can moved thanks.
