I got a letter dated 4/03/2023 stated my account has been closed since 3/08/2023 😳Due to either non use or something on my EQ report 🙄.

I go to my online account looks open to me and I do use this card just used it quite a few times in March AFTEr 3/08/2023 .

I called them they stated my account is active and open with no notations of closures, ummm ok why did I get this letter, they have no clue said it must be and error and to disregard .

I don't trust them .........

Try to use the card asap.

I've had a cobranded Comenity MC close after non use like this in the past that also stated it was active when in the account online... no charges would go through.
