what does us bank pull for a first cli on a 6 month card ?

if it's experien can i lock so they will pull tu?

do i call for the cli?

Not sure on the answers to your questions, but I *can* say that talk about locking a bureau in order to force a creditor to pull another is a no-no.

They have always pulled TU for me, "home" is in the SE US

For me, the first two CLIs were auto. When I requested one, they pulled TU.

Manual reviews by US Bank aren't uncommon, take what the CSR said at face value.

I have 2 cards from US bank and all of my cli's have been soft pulls and I was before I got off the phone that I was approved for 5K increases, both of my cards have credit limit of 25K each. You should wate 7 months from the last increase.

To add to my previous comment, IME with USB if I got a hard pull even at or after the 7 month mark - if it wasn't an instant cli then it was a denial. But Im sure that has swung the other way for some just not me.

foxfire100 so I called the US Bank underwriter for status,

and they said that it didn't go through I guess because it was under six months she said and only tomorrow at 8 AM is 6m so I should call back they said for HP cli

but I assume that was the problem that online the SP CLI button didn't work didn't work also to begin with so I'll try again tomorrow

I can tell you that I had all three of my credit reports locked and got a CLI on my Cash+ card from US Bank after the sixth statement cut.

i spoke to us bank credit analyst today. They said I need to wait 7 months to apply for a cli and call or try SP button ,

I guess this was my problem that my

sixth statement was cutting before the sixth month that my acct is open

hopefully I'll get a increase in 3 weeks since this is my only $500 card. All my other cards ar 30k and up

Good luck. I'm in the same boat. I just hit the cli button. I must be out of the purgatory "we are working on your request" lol. And for the first time I didn't get an alert that a attempt was made to pull my report. It's usually instantly. It wasn't immediately approved. I'm not sure if underwriting has to review requests as well. I do not have much faith as I am 1/6 3/12, almost 2/12. We see. I have checking with them. It will be curious to see what happens. Again not holding hope on mine, but perhaps you shall have better luck.

Kudos to you. I was always under the impression that it's an automatic HP for customer requested CLIs.
